Glowgrid is a single-player puzzle game made by VNOPT. This policy explains what information the app handles and why.
None. Glowgrid has no accounts or sign-in, and VNOPT does not run any servers that receive information from the app. The app does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos, or files.
To remember your progress, Glowgrid saves the following only on your own device: which levels you have unlocked, your star ratings and best move counts, your hint balance, your daily-puzzle streak, and whether haptic feedback is on. This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it.
Glowgrid is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and processes information such as:
This information is sent to Google, encrypted in transit, and handled under Google's Privacy Policy. You can learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Glowgrid asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time. On iPhone and iPad, Glowgrid asks through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your device's advertising identifier can be used; if you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised, and you can change your choice in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads. Ads in Glowgrid are limited to content suitable for general audiences.
Glowgrid is not directed at children under 13, and VNOPT does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect.
